Atrium Integrator Pentaho plug-in
By using the Pentaho plug-in, you can run and monitor Atrium Integrator jobs and transformations from Remedy AR System vendor forms. This plug-in is designed specifically to enable an Remedy AR System or Remedy IT Service Management suite application user to create a comprehensive, Remedy AR System form-based data management user interface.

Pentaho is a Java-based Remedy AR System Database Connectivity (ARDBC) plug-in.
Remedy AR System server connectivity
The Pentaho plug-in connects and interacts with the Remedy AR System server by using the Remedy AR System Java APIs. This plug-in (pentahoardbcVerNum.jar)* is installed in the <ARInstallationFolder>\diserver\ardbc-plugin directory. (VerNum represents the version number of the release.)
Configuration information
The configuration information of the Pentaho plug-in is available in the AR System Administration: Plugin Server Configuration form.
The AR System Administration: AR System Configuration Generic UI form includes the Server-Plugin-Alias setting that points to the correct plug-in server alias as follows: Server-Plugin-Alias: ARSYS.ARDBC.PENTAHO ARSYS.ARDBC.PENTAHO myServer:9999
Due to security issues related to Jetty version 8.1.15 that is bundled with
Atrium Integrator
Spoon (Pentaho), Jetty has been upgraded to version 9.4.20, resulting in changes to Jetty configuration that includes SSL connections. Hence, for this release, BMC does not certify Pentaho-Jetty with SSL configuration.
