Deleting failed entries that have a Change Pending state

When you add or modify a class, it is not available for use until synchronization is complete. The changes that you made to the metadata must be translated into forms and workflow on the Remedy AR System server, a process called synchronization. Those classes which cannot complete this process remain in Change Pending state indefinitely. In such scenarios you may have to delete the entries that have changes pending.

To delete failed entries that have a Change Pending state

  1. From a browser, open the the OBJSTR:Pending form in Search mode.
    http://<midTierServer>:<port>/arsys/forms/<ARServer>/OBJSTR:Pending
  2. Select View > Advanced Search Bar.
  3. Delete all failed entries that have a Change Pending state.
