S08 - Open Service Requests by Status

This report shows all open service requests grouped by status. The report also shows details of service requests for a given status value.

Usage

Use this report for operational management of service requests, to ensure efficient service delivery.

Report assumptions

  • Service requests with a status of Open are considered.
  • The age of the request is calculated as the difference between the Service Request Submit Date and the current date.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
