S07 - Top 10 Assignee Groups

This report shows the groups that are assigned the most service requests.

Use this report to track group productivity and also whether groups are adequately staffed to handle their volume of service requests.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
