This use case describes how a case catalog administrator can create a service in BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog.

Scenario

For Apex Global, Mary Mann, a case catalog administrator wants to create a service—Snow or ice removal. Employees of Apex Global can use this service to raise a request to clear snow or ice from walkways, entrances, and parking lots.

When employees raise this service request, a corresponding case is created in BMC Helix Business Workflows and assigned to a workplace technician to take necessary action.
