Raising a workplace request

As an end user, you can raise the following workplace requests from the Catalog page in BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced:

  • Breakroom or kitchen
  • Building safety
  • Electrical or lighting
  • Elevator
  • Furniture
  • General Facilities Request
  • Janitorial service
  • Mail service
  • Power outage
  • Reception desk
  • Restroom or shower
  • Temperature adjustment

Important

If you are unable to view certain service requests, check if you have access to that service request or if the service request has been published by your Service catalog administrator.
