Getting started


The Workplace Service Management provides ready-to-use services to manage workplace related requests, issues, and maintenance. It uses BMC Helix Business Workflows platform combined with BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced features to provide end to end request fulfillment and preventive maintenance capabilities.
