Viewing dashboards in BMC Helix Dashboards
HR Service Management offers the following out-of-the-box dashboards that you can view and manage in BMC Helix Dashboards:
Case Manager Dashboard: Displays statistics about cases, such as open, critical, SLA breached cases, and open cases by assignee. As a case manager, use this dashboard to monitor the cases with your support group, compare the workload of team members, and ensure that cases are resolved in a timely manner. Onboarding Manager Dashboard: With the onboarding solution, hiring managers can view various statistics regarding the onboarding process of new employees from the Onboarding Manager Dashboard.
