Alumni Service Center


The Alumni Service Center is an interactive interface for former employees to raise requests with their former employer. When an employee exits a company, a self-registration link to the Alumni Service Center is shared with the employee. The employee can register to the Alumni Service Center and access the following information:

  • Career page
  • LinkedIn profile of the company
  • Alumni FAQ
  • Company news

Former employees of the company can raise the following service requests from the Alumni Service Center:

  1. Employment verification letter
  2. Final settlement inquiry
  3. Request for financial statements
  4. General Inquiry
