Getting started


BMC Helix HR Service Management is an HR solution that provides ready-to-use services to raise requests in the following portals:

  • HR Portal: Raise HR requests, such as change of address, and employee verification letter.
  • Onboarding Portal: View and manage onboarding requests for new hires.
  • New Hire Portal: Complete to-dos and tasks for new candidates.
  • Offboarding solution: Complete tasks for a smooth transition of exiting employees.
  • Alumni Service Center: Raise alumni requests as former employees.

HR Service Management is an extension of BMC Helix Business Workflows and provides out-of-the-box content use cases that can be used for your line of business.
