Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Import Manager
The Project Import Console is named as Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Import Manager page.
The WBS Import Manager page gives you the list of the Project Imports that have occurred in the Helix Portfolio Management application. It provides a single point for Portfolio Masters, where they can monitor the progress of the imported projects.
To access the WBS Import Manager page, log in to the Portfolio Management application and click Create > Project Import.
The following figure shows the options once you access the project console.

Access menus | Navigate to the following options available in the Portfolio Management application:

Messages: Shows the notifications for your profile. For example, when a project task is assigned to the currently logged in user, they will get a notification that will appear under this bell icon. | ||
Application Settings: Shows the configuration settings in BMC Helix Portfolio Management. For more information, see Administering. | ||
Application Launcher: Contains all the applications, created within Innovation Studio. For more information, refer to Viewing Reports. | ||
My Profile: Displays the following user options:

3 | Display ID | Opens the Import - Define Levels page for the imported projects. |
4 | Search grid | Search for a project import by entering the keywords or Display ID. |
5 | Filter the listed records by entering or selecting values. For example, you want to view active programs. To view these records, in the Filter list, select Active from the Status field and click Apply. You can use preset filters that are available for cases, tasks, and knowledge articles to narrow down your search. Preset filters are filters that are available out of the box for cases, tasks, and knowledge articles. Learn more about creating filters in Defining filter presets to search records. | |
