Logging in & Navigating in the FSM Portal
The FSM Dashboard
The FSM Console is displayed when the user logs onto Field Service Management.
They will get the following Dispatcher dashboards:
The Work Order Dashboard
Summary of Field Service Agents locations, work orders per assignee and status

The Inventory Dashboard
Scans by Inventory location

Basic Navigation Options
On the Dashboard screen, These basic navigation options appear:

Export Export allows you to export the data in the table to a csv file. | ![]() |

Visible Columns You can select columns to be visible or hidden | ![]() |
| Colour of buttons - The button colour indicates its status: a darker orange means the button is active, while a lighter orange indicates it is inactive. Buttons may be inactive when certain actions need to be completed first. | ![]() |
| Maps and numbering - The sites on the FSA's route are numbered in the table, and the corresponding site numbers are displayed. | ![]() |
| Colour of tags - The selected site or FSA in the table will display as a blue tag and all the others as red tags. It can be that the selected site of FSA is the same as other FSA and that the blue tag is hidden behind the red tag. | ![]() |
Filter 
Using the Filtering feature:
- Filter allows you to filter the rows.
- Select and apply filters to view the required item.
- You can have more than one filter on the rows.
There are available filters and saved filters. Saved filters is preset filters of regular used selections. You can also save a filter as preset filter.

When you want to set up a filter, decide on which field and type in the necessary information, or select from the list displayed.


Export
The data in the table can be exported to a csv file.
- Select Export and select csv.
- A document will open with the exported rows.

Search

Search is a wild card search for data or portion of data
Type the data that you search in the search field and select search
