Defining global configurations
As an administrator, you can modify the out-of-the-box configurations that are provided in BMC Helix Business Workflows on a global level or for a specific company. Any value that you configure for a specific company overrides the setting that is applied globally.
The following table provides a list of configuration parameters that is provided out of the box in BMC Helix Business Workflows:

ZONE_ID | Define the time zone that is used to display the date and time in PDF files. | |
EMAIL_LOOP_TIME_INTERVAL_IN_MINUTES EMAIL_LOOP_NO_OF_EMAILS_THRESHOLD | Detect email loop between two internal systems, or between an internal and external system. | |
KNOWLEDGE_SOURCE | Select the knowledge base for BMC Helix Business Workflows. | |
PDF_GEN_FIND_REPLACE | Replace invalid XML characters with an empty string in a document before pdf generation. | |
| ENABLE_RICH_TEXT_VIDEO_EMBED | Enable this option to allow users to insert video URLs from trusted domains in the Rich Text Editor. You can add these domains to the allowlist within the Whitelist Configuration. Important: The system accepts URLs only from allowlist domains.
