Issue with format of table type questions data displayed in the Activity feed

The data received for table type questions from BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced is displayed as comma separated values in the Activity feed of the case created in BMC Helix Business Workflows. The metadata related to the table columns is not included in the Activity feed data.
