Setting notification preferences

As a primary user of BMC Helix Business Workflows, you can customize your notification preferences to receive only relevant alerts or emails, reducing unnecessary interruptions. It also provides a personalized user experience.

To stop receiving notifications for a particular event, you can unsubscribe from that event. You can also view the events for which you have turned off the notifications. 

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
