Selecting a preferred language


As a case agent, you can work in your preferred language. All languages supported in the desktop mode are also supported on mobile devices.

Supported languages

  • Brazillian Portugese (pt-br)
  • Chinese- Simplified (zh_CN)
  • Danish (da)
  • Dutch (nl)
  • English (en)
  • English-Canada (en-CA)
  • French (fr)
  • French-Canada (fr-CA)
  • German (de)
  • Hebrew (iw)
  • Italian (it)
  • Japanese (ja)
  • Korean (ko)
  • Spanish (es)
  • Swedish (sv)
  • Thai (th)

If the following languages do not appear in the preferred language list, they might not be available for your organization. Contact your system administrator.

  • Canadian French
  • Canadian English
  • Hebrew
  • Thai

When you select the Thai language and work on related BMC Helix ITSM tickets for cases, the related ticket details are displayed in English because BMC Helix ITSM does not support the Thai language.

To select a preferred language

  1. Click your name at the top right corner of the page and select My preferences.
  2. Select the language from the drop-down list and click Apply.
