Performance workload details

The nominal workload is defined by the distribution of concurrent users and transactions for the selected use cases.

The workload distribution across different use cases for 2,300 concurrent users is described in the following table. It is a mixed load for BMC Helix Business Workflows, BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced, and BMC Helix Virtual Agent applications. 

  • Target workload for a load test of 1 hour. 
  • Queuing workload model is simulated by using Microfocus Silk Performer.
