Integrating with BMC Helix Digital Workplace

You can integrate BMC Helix Business Workflows with BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced by enabling automatic case creation from service requests and vice versa. You can also configure the HR Portal in BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced to raise HR service requests.
