Transition from IBM Watson to BMC HelixGPT 
Starting September 22, 2025, your IBM Watson instance will be turned off by default. For enhanced capabilities, use BMC HelixGPT Employee Navigator.

BMC Helix Business Workflowsintegrates with other BMC products such as BMC Helix Innovation Suite, BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced, BMC Helix Virtual Agent, and BMC Helix Integration Service. BMC Helix Business Workflows also integrates seamlessly with third-party applications or services.

As an administrator, you can integrate BMC Helix Business Workflows with other BMC products or third-party applications to perform specific use cases in BMC Helix Business Workflows. For example, you use the cognitive service from BMC Helix Innovation Suite to automate the manual task of selecting case templates while creating a case in BMC Helix Business Workflows.
