Enabling the resetting of case or task status to Assigned when the assigned group is changed
To reset the status of a case or task when the assigned group is changed
- Log in to BMC Helix Business Workflows, and click Settings .
- Click Line of Business > Manage Line of Business.
- On the Application Configurations tab, click SET_STATUS_TO_ASSIGNED_ON_REASSIGNMENT.
- On the Edit configuration page, enable the resetting of the status by selecting .
- Click Save.
