Default HRBP attributes in the Person extension record definition
The HR attributes that are required to fulfill the business use cases can be stored in the Person Extension record definition in BMC Helix Business Workflows. You can use these attributes for approvals and in workflows. An HR business partner (HRBP), is an HR professional who handles hiring, training, benefits, compliance, offboarding, and employee relations. An HRBP helps align an organization's people strategy with their overall business strategy.
The following attributes are available out of the box for HRBP in the Person record definition:
- HRBP Login ID_HRSM
- HRBP Email ID_HRSM
- HRBP Full Name_HRSM
- Service Start Date_HRSM
- Service End Date_HRSM
Use of the HRBP attributes
As an administrator, export the existing HRBP attributes from your human resource content management tool, such as WorkDay, Salesforce, and so on, and then import them into the Person extension form by using the BMC Helix Data Management tool. A case business analyst can then use these fields from the Person extension form in case workflows to configure approvals, notifications, and so on.
