Content packages and content use cases

The content packages in BMC Helix Business Workflows contain out-of-the-box use cases to create and manage cases. The out-of-the-box content use cases contain case templates, task templates, notifications, processes, configuration data, and related objects required to create and manage cases for your lines of business.

Content packages

BMC Helix Business Workflows provides content packages for the following lines of business:

  • BMC Sample Human Resource
  • BMC Sample Finance
  • BMC Sample Facilities

Each content package contains templates specific for the line of business. You can create new templates specific to your organization based on the content templates.

Content use cases

Content use cases are ready-to-use sets of templates, processes, records, and automated tasks that make processing of end-to-end use cases easier.
