Performance test results

Single user online response times with varying latencies like 1ms, 100ms, and 300ms

To capture a baseline, timings were taken for a single user with no additional load on the system. The following charts show detailed response times for each use case.

Tests for 2,300 concurrent users with the mix of applications like BMC Helix Business Workflows, BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced, and BMC Helix Virtual Agent

Response times and server resource utilization

The charts in this section show the end-user response times, CPU usage, and memory usage for each tier during the 2,300 multi-user test.

The end-user client machine was set to 100ms WAN latency.
