Content package for BMC Helix Business Workflows
Use the BMC Helix Business Workflows content packages as ready-to-use samples to implement common processes and standards with minimum effort. You can create line-of-business specific views to change the look and feel of the UI for certain forms by copying the default views and modifying them according to your business need. BMC Helix Business Workflows provides templates for the following items:
- Cases: Templates to create cases and processes that are required to complete business use cases.
- Tasks: Templates to create manual and automated tasks.
- Emails: Templates with standard formats for email replies.
- Documents: Templates to create or generate PDF documents.
- Notifications: Templates with standard formats for important notifications to be sent for important events.
You can create new templates specific to your organization based on the content templates.
