Viewing reports


As a reporting user, you can view reports for cases, knowledge articles, or service level management in BMC Helix Business Workflows or specific case reports in BMC Helix Dashboards.

In BMC Helix Business Workflows, you can view an extensive list of reports on cases, knowledge articles, and Service Level Management. However, in BMC Helix Dashboards, you can view only the case statistics, cases by Assigned group, cases by priority, and case details reports.
