MyIT Service Broker benchmark summary

A series of multi-user tests were conducted to determine the performance and scalability of MyIT Service Broker. The following product versions were used in the tests:

  • MyIT Service Broker 3.3.00 and server platform
  • MyIT 3.3.00
  • BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite 9.0.00

The Micro Focus Silk Performer product was used as the load driver to simulate concurrent online users who executes a specified number of business transactions per hour. Each concurrent user submitted transactions based on industry-standard transaction rates for each business process.

For this release of MyIT Service Broker 3.3.00 release, performance test has been carried out with two MyIT Service Broker servers in High Availability (HA) with 1000 users load. Application is able to scale horizontally across the servers without intact in application response time.
