Installing BMC HR Case Management

This section describes how to run the BMC HR Case Management installation program.

Before you begin

  1. Complete the installation worksheet, as described in Installation worksheets
  2. Download installation files, as it is described in Downloading the installation files

To install BMC HR Case Management

You can install BMC HR Case Management in one of following ways:

  • Run the desktop installer—Use this method if you want to enter all the required installation variables that you have defined in the installation worksheets into the fields available in the steps of the desktop wizard. For details, see Running the BMC HR Case Management installer.
  • Run the installation in silent mode—Use this method if you want to enter all the required installation variables into a text file of a specified format, and then run it using the command line. For details, see Running the installer in silent mode.
