If you want to perform a fresh install of Live Chat version 20.02, first install

BMC Virtual Chat 9.1.02.

If you have BMC Virtual Chat  version 9.1.01 or earlier, upgrade to

BMC Virtual Chat version 9.1.02.

After you have installed or upgraded to BMC Virtual Chat version 9.1.02, deploy Live Chat version 20.02.
