HelixGPT Agent Studio interface


The HelixGPT Agent Studio is accessible from the BMC Helix Innovation Studio application launcher. Use BMC HelixGPT for simplified, actionable insights and recommendations, quicker answers through search, intuitive virtual agents, and automated resolutions. BMC HelixGPT offers domain-specific models that train your organization's data to become an expert in your system. You can also configure the settings for the pass-through agents, AI service providers, and information sources in the HelixGPT Agent Studio.

Skills page

When you log in to BMC Helix Innovation Studio and launch the HelixGPT Agent Studio from the application launcher, the Skills page is opened by default.

Use the Skills Page to register your applications and create and manage their skills and prompts. You can also manage the skills and prompts for the applications that are available out of the box.

Agents page

Use the Agents page to view, add, edit, and delete agents. You can also add tools and toolkits for the agent, which helps in AI agents perform specific tasks and access external systems for better responses.

Tools page

Use the Tools page to create a custom tool from the available types and add it to the AI agent. When adding a tool or toolkit, make sure that the agent supports it.

Testing page

Use the Testing page to evaluate models. Create or upload test scenarios, run automated test suites, and view metrics and scores. Based on this, you can identify the most accurate and cost-effective model while ensuring consistent results for BMC Helix applications' use cases.
