Selecting a Microsoft SharePoint connection for a skill

An administrator can select a specific Microsoft SharePoint connection when you configure or update a skill in HelixGPT Agent Studio. You can select the most relevant data source for each skill without leaving the Skills tab.

The Search settings tab displays the connection name with the connection type. This capability improves flexibility, ensures accurate information retrieval, and reduces setup time by removing the need to navigate to the Information Sources tab.

Before you begin

To select a Microsoft SharePoint connection for a skill

  1. In HelixGPT Agent Studio, select the application and the skill.

  2. Click the Search settings tab.

  3. From the list of knowledge providers, select the relevant Microsoft SharePoint Online connection for the skill.

    Tip

    You can select multiple Microsoft SharePoint Online connections for a skill at a time.

  4. Click Apply.
