Scenario
Hannah, a catalog administrator at Apex Global, needs to create a Software Installation service. Instead of building it manually, she opens the Catalog Assistant tab and enters a simple prompt describing the service requirements, languages, approval needs, and workflow details. Catalog Curator generates a complete summary with the service profile, workflow, and questionnaire. Hannah enters a prompt to add a question about the purpose of use, reviews the updated summary, and confirms the creation of the Draft service.
Later, Hannah uses Catalog Curator to refine the service. She selects the Draft service and clicks the Edit with AI button to open the conversational editor. She updates the service excerpt and modifies attributes by entering natural‑language prompts. The agent applies the requested changes and saves the updated draft.
After the service is ready, Hannah also creates a feedback survey. She clicks Survey Assistant to open the Catalog Curator chat. She enters a prompt describing the type of feedback she wants to collect. Catalog Curator generates the survey with the required questions, rating scale, languages, and delivery settings. Hannah reviews the summary, makes small real-time edits through the chat, and finalizes the survey for use with the service.
This interactive assistance significantly reduces Hannah's effort and increases her efficiency.
