BMC HelixGPTleverages third-party LLM providers, such as Azure OpenAI, to offer the flexibility to adapt language capabilities to client-specific requirements. This approach enables organizations to verify and customize language support to address regional and global business needs effectively.

BMC Software has tested the English language for prompts, knowledge articles, catalog services, and user queries to make sure high-quality, consistent performance and efficient processes. The BMC HelixGPT does not support the Turkish language.

For clients seeking to implement support in additional languages, we recommend validating compatibility within their development environment. Note that the third-party LLM and embedding providers generally do not disclose language support specifics or training datasets, so a manual validation of the language support level is essential.
