Capabilities of assistant service providers


BMC HelixGPT is configured as an assistant service provider for the BMC Helix Virtual Agent, offering unique capabilities to enhance its functionality. Starting with version 23.3.04, the BMC HelixGPT is available out-of-the-box; if you prefer IBM Watson Assistant, you can contact BMC support for configuration.

In case of an upgrade, the existing BMC Helix Virtual Agent bots with  IBM Watson Assistant will continue to work without disruption.
