BMC Helix Digital Workplace provides a unified service catalog called BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog. It can be used by the end users to seamlessly interact with internal service providers from different lines of business in their organization, such as IT, HR, Legal, and Finance departments. End users can use this unified service catalog to browse and submit service requests, find self-help resources, and more.
