Auditing administrator configuration changes
Auditing administrator configuration changes for BMC Helix Digital Workplace and BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog provides transparency and accountability. It automatically helps to track and log changes made in the BMC Helix Digital Workplace administrator console and BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog console. The resulting logs show which user made which changes, at what time and date the change was made, and provide details of the change. By default, this setting is enabled.
Supported administrator audit properties
The audit is limited to the following administrative properties for BMC Helix Digital Workplace :

To view the audit record
In BMC Helix Innovation Suite, you can view the recent audit logs and verify the latest changes made to your applications. These records can be viewed and organized in chronological order by sorting them based on the Modified date.
To view the audit record, perform the following steps:
- Log in to BMC Helix Innovation Suite and navigate to the Workspace tab.
- Select the application for which you want to view the audit record definition.
Click the Records tab.
- Select the checkbox for the specific audit setting that you want to view.
- Click Edit data and then click the required Display ID to view the corresponding audit record.
