The following table provides details about BMC Helix Digital Workplace Health Check:
Before you begin
Make sure that you belong to the MyIT Super Admin permission group. If not, request your administrator to assign super administrator permissions to you. For more information, see Setting-up-administrator-authentication.
To use BMC Helix Digital Workplace Health Check
- Enter the URL in a web browser.
Use the appropriate URL format: http://DigitalWorkplaceHostName:port/dwp/healthcheck/ - Enter your BMC Helix Digital Workplace credentials, and click Log in.
Health checks are automatically performed upon login, and results are displayed on the web page, along with details of all checks. - To run the health checks on demand, click the Restart check for button.

Interpretation of health check results
The result of each health check shows one of the following statuses:
- PASSED—When no connectivity or configuration issues with the integrated application are found.
- FAILED—When there is a connectivity or configuration issue with an integrated application, or if BMC Helix Digital Workplace is not integrated with an application.
- UNKNOWN—When BMC Helix Digital Workplace is integrated with a particular application, but the service is disabled.
- ERROR—When a connectivity error is returned.
