Enabling end users to work on To-dos
Scenario: Viewing and completing end user assignments by using To-dos
After submitting a To-do, the end user in BMC Helix Digital Workplace cannot reopen the To-do. Agents in BMC Helix Business Workflows can reopen a To-do and reassign it to the end user.

As an administrator, you can add and configure the To-Dos event type in studio pages.

After an administrator has configured BMC HelixGPT with BMC Helix Digital Workplace, end users can search for To-dos in BMC HelixGPT.
