Service requests from BMC Service Request Management

BMC Helix Digital Workplace supports BMC Service Request Management as one of the sources for the services in your catalog. BMC Service Request Management contains service request definitions that you can use in your catalog. The features available with these definitions help your end users with their issues.

To populate services in your catalog, you integrate BMC Helix Digital Workplace with BMC Service Request Management and fetch the service request definitions.
