Managing end-user features

As an administrator, you configure capabilities for your end users depending on their business needs. You also configure BMC Helix Digital Workplace to display user data and information that is consistent for your employees. 

This configuration determines which BMC Helix Digital Workplace features can be leveraged by your end users.

The following table lists the capabilities that can be configured for your end users:

Configure, monitor, or delete social posts of end users. 

Configure end users' job titles and profile images.

Display a privacy notice for end users to share details about cookies used by BMC Helix Digital Workplace to collect application usage data.

Configure the information that you want to display in requests, approvals, and results of People searches such as work email, work phone number, or user ID. 

Configure the information related to service fulfillment to be displayed in My Activity and request details for the end users.
