Notifications are the messages that the application sends to inform users about changes to services and activities or status updates. As an administrator, you can manage the notifications sent as email, push, and in-app messages in BMC Helix Digital Workplace for different events.
(Version 23.3.04 and later) To send email notifications, you can choose to use the notification engine in BMC Helix Digital Workplace or the notification engine on BMC Helix Innovation Suite.
