Administering



As an administrator, you enable and maintain BMC Helix Digital Workplace services for your users. After you install the application, you perform administrative activities that help users to experience a smooth interaction with the application.

The following table describes the administrative activities that you can perform:

Notify users about important updates such as worldwide events, status of a service, and so on.

View the number of users who log in to the application, view their activities, and collect and analyze the usage data.

Configure the search results based on the source and conversational language.

Categorize HR and IT services for better findability and ease of use.

Update the valid attachment size and type.

Ensure privacy of your user's data and resolve any user query regarding General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
