Waiting for your approval
The end user receives a notification that they need to approve a service request submitted by another end user.
Alternate approver
The end user with alternate approval rights receives the following notifications:

- The original approver modifies the date or the time period of an active delegation rule.
- The original approver cancels an active delegation rule.
- The original approver changes the alternate approver in an active delegation rule. In this case, both alternate approvers (the initial one and the new one) receive notifications.
Messages on requests
The approver of service A receives a notification if the requester, OBO user, IT agent, or collaborator comment on service A.
