Setting up surveys


BMC Helix Digital Workplace lets you create satisfaction surveys for your end users so that they can provide feedback on the completed requests. The surveys help you gain insights into customer satisfaction levels, performance of various departments, and actions that you can take to improve customer service and satisfaction.
