Setting the default limit for OBO users in a multiuser request questionnaire

End users can request services on behalf of (OBO) multiple users if multiuser request questionnaires are configured for these services. When internal service suppliers and internal service supplier administrators create a multiuser request questionnaire, they can select a limit for users on behalf of whom a service can be requested, or they can use a predefined default limit.

When BMC Digital Workplace Catalog is installed or upgraded to version 18.08, the multiuser request limit for OBO users is 20. Catalog administrators can change the default limit value by selecting a value from 2 to 20.

To set the default limit for OBO users in a multiuser request questionnaire

  1. Log in to BMC Digital Workplace Catalog as a catalog administrator.
  2. Click the configuration gear (gear.png) to open the Application Settings panel.
  3. From the Multi-requests user limit list, select a value between 2 to 20, and click Save.
