Viewing login history of users

You can view the successful and failed login attempts of all your users for your Salesforce organization and BMC Remedyforce.

  1. Click the Remedyforce Administration tab.
  2. On the Home page, click the Manage Users tile.
  3. From the menu that appears, select View Login History.

You can also download the login information into a CSV or GZIP file. For more information, see Salesforce Help.
