Customizing custom setting value

Custom settings that are provided for BMC Remedyforce can be managed by using Remedyforce Settings.

To customize custom setting value

  1. Click the Remedyforce Administration tab.
  2. On the Home page, click the Application Settings tile, and from the menu select Custom Settings.
  3. On the Custom Settings page, in the Action column for Remedyforce Settings, click Manage.
  4. In the Action column of the required custom setting, click Edit.
  5. Make the required changes, and click Save.
