Enable users to access helpful recommendations
As a Remedyforce administrator, you can configure the Smart Suggestions component for Experience Cloud Sites and Lightning app pages. Users can see smart suggestions for Knowledge Articles, Broadcasts, Common tickets, and Service Request Definitions on the Experience Cloud sites and review helpful recommendations while submitting tickets.

Enable users to export information in CSV format
As a Remedyforce Administrator, you can configure the View requests components to allow users to export up to 2000 records in CSV format.

Enhanced experience in importing service request definitions
For Experience Cloud Sites and Lightning app pages, users can now experience an improved UI while importing service request definitions, ensuring ease of navigation and accuracy in configuring service request definitions.
