Remedyforce administration

Enable users to manage approval requests

As a Remedyforce administrator, you can configure the Manage Approvals component for Experience Cloud Sites and Lightning app pages. Users can review, accept, and reject approval requests. They can manage multiple requests at a time.

Upgrade to CKEditor version 4.24.0-lts

The CKEditor version is upgraded to 4.24.0-lts which includes  the following enhancements:

  • The Image Upload and URL options are under the same tab​
  • Image preview is available when you upload an image​
