Creating and editing records
On Remedyforce Console list view, you can create and edit records. For information about the supported record types, see Overview-of-the-Remedyforce-Console-tab.
To create a record
Perform the following steps:
- Navigate to Remedyforce Console > View.
- Select the record type that you want to create.
- Click New. Fill in the details.
- The fields displayed on the new record form keep changing for each record type. For more information about each record type, see Using.
- To view the common actions that can be performed while creating records, see Actions that are supported while pasting images to records.
- Click Save.
To edit a record
Perform the following steps:
- Navigate to Remedyforce Console > View.
- Select the record type that you want to edit.
- Update the information in the required fields.
- The fields displayed on an existing record form keep changing for each record type. For more information about each record type, see Using.
- To view the common actions that can be performed while editing records, see Actions that are supported while pasting images to records.
- Click Save.
