Configuring the default landing tab

For a system administrator, the Getting Started tab is the default tab. However, after you are familiar with the application, you can set the tab of your requirement as the default tab.

  1. Perform one of the following steps:
    • For Salesforce Classic, navigate to Setup > Bulild> Create > Apps.
    • For Salesforce Lightning, navigate to Setup > Platform Tools> Apps > App Manager.
  2. In the Action column of BMC Remedyforce, click Edit.
  3. From the Default Landing Tab list, select the required tab.
  4. Click Save.
